The first reason is that Enterprise employees work very long hours. Let me repeat that, very long hours. It is typical foremployees to put in 12 hour days. Twelve hour days might not sound too crazy but when you are running around multitasking, driving around the city, answering phones and dealing with upset customers it can really wear on you. Twelve hours can feel like fifteen hours rather quickly. I forgot to mention being on your feet for extended periods and washing cars in your suit and dress shoes.

1. You have to be 21 or older
2. You have to be able to operate a vehicle. So if you have a recent D.U.I or a suspended license whatever the reason don't bother applying. Enterprise offers a free pick up so if you cannot drive someone home you are of little use.
3. You have to have a college degree. Yes a college degree to rent cars. The reason for this is you are not just renting cars but you are learning to run a business. You learn principles of accounting, customer service, analyzing data amongst all sorts of other things. You participate in lot's of training classes and on the job training.
You will learn a great deal just don't expect to get your hand held. A large portion of Enterprise management strongly believes in sinking or swimming so you will be thrown into the action right away!
